Exertools Dyna-Disc is great for patient rehab. It allows for patients to do various trunk mobility, weight shifting and stability exercises in a variety of positions. By doing this, the disc promotes dynamic pelvic stabilization. In addition, it can be used to strengthen feet and ankles. The Dyna-Disc Plus has the same shape, features and performance characteristics in 24" diameter. This is designed for simple two-footed use and accommodates all DynaBoards.
