Does Not Treat Infection
Since the Stye Eye Lubricant Tube is a non-prescription drug, it cannot treat the infection associated with the stye. Alternatively, it helps relieve the pain of your symptoms relating to the infection.
Application Process
Start by gently lowering your affected eye’s bottom lid. Then, apply a about one-fourth inch of ointment to the inside of the eyelid. Use as long as symptoms last.
Keep It Clean
When you are using this product, be sure it is kept clean to ensure it doesn’t further infect your eye. In order to avoid this contamination, do not touch the tip of the ointment container to any other surface. Additionally, be sure to replace the cap after it is used.
