Large ear holes permit EMTs and physicians to visibly monitor bleeding or fluid drainage. Head straps hold patient's head firmly in place and provide maximum lateral support. May be used with X-rays, MRI or CT Scanners. Base plate fits all standard wood and aluminum backboards. Head supports can be used on standard backboards or turned around for use on the Scoop™ stretcher. Color: Orange.
