Medi-First Cough & Cold Relief provides relief for symptoms of severe cough, cold, and flu. It alleviates pain caused by multiple symptoms including coughs, chest congestion, sinus pressure, and headache. The extra-strength formula helps loosen phlegm and thin the bronchial secretions for more productive coughs that help clear the sinuses. The non-drowsy formula provides fast-acting relief during the day and light activities.
Active Ingredients
Each tablet contains 325mg of acetaminophen, 100mg of guaifenesin, 5 mg of phenylephrine HCl, and 10 mg of dextromethorphan HBR. These ingredients work together to reduce pain and inflammation, suppress severe coughing, decongest the sinuses, and loosen mucus for easier breathing. Medi-First Cough & Cold Relief is comparable to SUDAFED PE® Head Congestion + Flu Severe.
